JOB DESCRIPTION
Front-of-house receptionists ensure day to day operation of the front desk is undertaken in a way that ensures guests experience the highest quality service. The receptionist deals with queries and requests and liaises with a manager to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND TASKS
Front of house receptionists may perform the following tasks:
- answer incoming calls
- liaise closely with all departments within the complex to ensure customer concerns are dealt with
- complete payments for any bills or fees
- direct porters to assist guests
- arrange for baggage to be sent to rooms.
