Front of House Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Front-of-house receptionists ensure day to day operation of the front desk is undertaken in a way that ensures guests experience the highest quality service. The receptionist deals with queries and requests and liaises with a manager to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND TASKS

Front of house receptionists may perform the following tasks:

  • answer incoming calls
  • liaise closely with all departments within the complex to ensure customer concerns are dealt with
  • complete payments for any bills or fees
  • direct porters to assist guests
  • arrange for baggage to be sent to rooms.
